Kelli Schaefer performs live tonight on Drinking From Puddles !!

Kelli Schaefer performs live tonight on Drinking From Puddles !!

"It’s only a matter of time before the world knows Kelli Schaefer’s name. With a voice that commands attention, she prowls the songs on her debut album Ghost of the Beast like a feral cat, hypnotizing you in her emotionally creative world before unleashing a powerful growl that stops you dead in your tracks. The sheer whirlwind intensity of songs like “Sister K” and “Black Dog” demands repeated listens, but even when she reels it in she remains a force to be reckoned with; a strong, determined woman who currently stands on the cusp of great success and is clearly ready to take the next step."--MySpoonful.com

“They constantly develop their unique blending of pop, indie-rock, neo-folk and psychedelia into the wholly singular sound that defines Viva Voce .... If the future is out to destroy you, I say settle back, crank up the volume, and enjoy the inevitable.”

Viva Voce return to the program now back from touring their latest The Future Will Destroy You tour, as will the regret of missing this sure-to-be-stellar on-air appearance !!

Un Drame Musical Instantane & the Grrr label.

Tonight we'll listen to releases on the Grrr label.. -- not the American label which releases Christian music, but rather the French label which has released some incredible music in the last 35 plus years. Mainly the label of  Un Drame Musical Instantane, who combined free jazz, rock, and modern classical  and mixed electronics with acoustic instruments in highly creative ways, Grrr also went on to release other excellent recordings by similar artists like Helene Sage, Bernard Vitet, Pied de Poul and more..   .
