We're broadcasting from Towne Square live today, from the heart of St. Johns. The No.Fest has a suggested donation of $1, and unlike many festivals, you are free to eat and drink whereever you want, because the festival is happening all over Lombard St, the main drag of St. Johns.

Enjoy a break from the chaos at The Yellow House, hosting an informal open music gathering in the back patio from 1pm to 9pm, Saturday. You can also hear the KBOO simulcast from the comfort of cushions in the living room.

Offbeat sounds for talented listeners

This show was helped out greatly by Rev. Chuck of Rev. Bill's Vacation Bible Camp and his vast collection of inspirational recorded media... Thanks a million

At times there was some back and forth mixing going on and during that we heard quite a bit of People Like Us's new release on Illegal Art, a new CD at the station by Big Pauper (mastered by Portland's own Tim Stollenwerk) on Circle into Square records as well as another new release in the KBOO library by Amon Tobin, called Isam on Ninja Tune.  Also new stuff from the Vadislav Delay Quartet...

Here's the playlist:
