This is an interview recorded in the lower 9th ward of New Orleans with Malik Rahim, organizer of Common Ground Relief, a grassroots relief effort, following Hurricane Katrina. This interview was conducted 18 months after the hurricane hit and the levees broke.

On Saturday April 21, a Trident nuclear submarine surfaced off the Washington coast near the Indian Island Naval base, two miles from Port Townsend.
